Backup & disaster recovery in Dubai & the UAEWhen something goes wrong, you're back in hours.
A failed disk, a stolen laptop or a ransomware attack shouldn't mean lost data or days of downtime. Xenon Solutions backs up everything that matters, tests that it can be restored, and keeps a recovery plan ready.
- Automatic daily backups of servers and cloud
- Microsoft 365 email and files backed up separately
- Immutable copies ransomware can't encrypt
- Off-site copies in a second location
- Restores tested on a schedule
- Documented recovery plan with clear priorities
Backup assumptions that fail when it matters
"Microsoft backs up our 365 data"
Microsoft keeps the service running, but deleted or encrypted data is your responsibility after short retention periods.
Backups exist but are never tested
Many businesses only discover their backups don't work when they try to restore.
Backups sit on the same network
Ransomware often encrypts backup drives along with everything else.
No one knows the recovery order
Without a plan, recovery is slow and the most critical systems may come back last.

Common questions
Does Microsoft 365 include backup?
Microsoft 365 includes limited retention and recycle bins, but not a full independent backup. If data is deleted, corrupted or encrypted beyond those retention periods, it may be unrecoverable. We recommend a separate Microsoft 365 backup.
What is the difference between backup and disaster recovery?
Backup is having copies of your data. Disaster recovery is the plan and capability to restore your systems and get the business running again within an agreed time.
How do you protect backups from ransomware?
We use immutable, off-site copies that cannot be modified or deleted, and keep backup systems separated from your main network.
How often do you test restores?
We agree a test schedule with you, typically monthly for critical systems, and report the results.
